Bradway, Edith

Edith was born in 1923 and enlisted in the Navy in 1943. She was storekeeper in Memphis and then in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. During her time in Pearl Harbor in 1944 she saw one of her friends get killed in a lift truck accident. She ultimately enjoyed her military service and felt that she did a valuable service for her country.
